All goods will be checked one by one before packaging to confirm intact appearance. Multi-layer wrapping and fixed packing are used for vinyl products, while CD items are sealed and protected independently. Sturdy outer cartons are used for all parcels to enhance compression resistance and anti-fall capacity.

Orders will be arranged shipment within 1–3 working days after payment gets confirmed. Logistics tracking information will be delivered to your mailbox promptly after dispatch for convenient inquiry.

Buyers shall take full responsibility for all taxes and customs charges incurred during international customs clearance. Estimated delivery time cannot be fully guaranteed due to objective uncontrollable reasons, and we will not take charge of relevant losses caused by delays.

Once damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods are received, you can submit valid photos and order information to customer service within 48 hours. We will handle after-sales problems properly and reasonably to safeguard your legitimate shopping rights.
